V.I.P. EXPRESS SERVICE
As
a customer of Apollo Cleaning Center, we would like
to inform you of our newest service. At the request
of many who drop-off and pick-up cleaning quite frequently,
we have implemented V.I.P. EXPRESS SERVICE.
HOW DOES V.I.P. EXPRESS SERVICE WORK?
With a V.I.P. Express account, Apollo Cleaning Center
has your personal information (provided by you), such
as your name, home phone number, and cleaning preferences,
already set up in our system. This information is
easily accessible from an account card when an order
is dropped off.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?
1. You will be provided a convenient take home nylon
bag to gather and bring in your cleaning.
2. Drop-off of your order will be faster since there
is no need to give us your personal information each
time.
3. Because we have your specific account information
in our system, there will be less of a chance for
loss or mistakes to occur with your order.
4. Your home phone number is your account number so
that pick-up is quick and accurate.
HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
It's simple! Just come into APOLLO and fill out a
Customer Preference Card. We can set up your account
while you wait, and you will receive your Express
bag and account card on the spot.
IS THERE A FEE INVOLVED?
There is a $10.00 fee charged to become a V.I.P. Express
account customer. However, upon filling out your Customer
Preference Card, you will receive a coupon for $10.00
off your next cleaning order. Basically the service
pays for itself.
HOW DO I DROP OFF AN ORDER?
Bring in your order in your Express bag with the attached
account card. At that time, you can receive a fresh
Express bag and account card and be on your way. Or,
if you prefer, you can wait while we prepare a claim
check. You will then receive your claim check and
a fresh Express bag with your account card attached.
You are now ready to drop-off your next order.
MAY I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL BAGS?
Yes. The Apollo Express bags may be purchased for
$6.00 each.
WHAT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER?
As a service to you, you will be contacted by phone
if we find an item in your order that may require
special attention and/or handling. After proper notification,
we will proceed with the processing of your order.
